3 to 4 clinical cases selected by our faculty to learn:

• Why imaging saves lives, with tips for advanced image interpretation
• Gain hands-on experience at your own IVUS workstation through case-based simulations
• Understand how IVUS supports consistent decision-making in complex PCI (e.g. CTO stenting failure in calcified lesions)
• Build confidence in selecting optimal lesion preparation and drug-eluting treatment strategies
  
• Assess lesion and stent edges, expansion, and apposition with IVUS to achieve optimal outcomes in challenging vasculature

• The role of guide extensions and microcatheters in optimising procedural outcomes
• Guide extension and microcatheter design principles and performance
• Clinical use and techniques of guide extensions in complex PCI
• Microcatheter use and strategies for challenging anatomy

Part 2: Treatment options of complex lesion, management of leave less behind strategies

• Device engineering & performance (microscopic difference between PLLA and Magnesium, RMS behaviour in bifurcation, Sirolimus vs paclitaxel usage, coating techniques, RMS compatibility with GEC)
• Thin struts vs DCB vs RMS, selection criteria
• Perforation guidance
