2027 EDUCATIONAL GRANT UPDATE

Due to the significant increase in accommodation and travel costs in Nice during the congress period, we have had to adjust the 2027 educational grant package accordingly.

The educational grant will cover:

✓ Registration for the Course and the ML CTO Dinner

✓ Three nights’ accommodation at one of our partner hotels, all located within walking distance of the venue

Please note that transportation (train, plane, or car) will be at your own expense and will not be reimbursed.

What are the reasons why you want to attend this Course?*

Pre-congress course

This year, we're organizing 3 different pre-congress courses on Wednesday, June 23rd afternoon. The different programs will be sent to you 2 months before the event so they you can chose the one you wish to attend. Registration for the pre-congress course is required and mandatory and your logistics support will be organized accordingly.

Logistic Arrangements

! As previously mentioned, transportation to the Course will be at your own expense.

Before submitting your educational grant request, please make sure that you have read and understood the new procedure outlined below.

1. If your grant request is approved by the Organizing Committee, you will receive a link to provide a €500 security deposit*.

2. The security deposit*, together with your transportation booking confirmation or a sworn statement, will be required to finalize your registration for the Course.

* Important information about the €500 security deposit The €500 security deposit will not be charged to your bank account during the registration process. It will only be charged in the event of a no-show, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions provided when your grant is approved.

Why has this security deposit been introduced? Last-minute cancellations result in educational grants being lost. Under the MedTech Europe Code, an educational grant cannot be transferred to another participant once it has been allocated.

The security deposit allows the organization to secure your hotel booking for your stay. If the deposit is not provided, the organization will be unable to confirm your accommodation and the grant may be allocated to another participant.
