the ML CTO Under 40 World Cup!

This year, the ML CTO Course kicks off a special Under 40 World Cup, inspired by the global energy of the 2026 tournament.

We’re looking for the 16 most outstanding clinical cases to compete in an exclusive knockout championship.

How it works?

Each selected case enters a head‑to‑head showdown on our social channels : Linkedin & website.

The audience will vote for the best case and the winner advance in the competition…

Only 4 finalists will reach the semifinals and earn the chance to present their clinical case on stage during the ML CTO Course in Nice.
The two winners of the final will receive an education grant for ML CTO 2027 (including transportation/accommodation/registration).

Requirements and guidance for submitting clinic case

Categories (only one to be selected):

  • ANTEGRADE
  • RETROGRADE

Describe your clinical case in few lines (500 words max)

Presentation should be presented in the following order:

  1. Patient’s presentation
  2. Diagnosis
  3. Procedure details
  4. Procedure outcomes

For the public votes – your presentation must include one slide with:
Without this slide, we will not be able to present your case for voting by participants if your case is selected.

  • One impactful angio image of the occlusion(s)
  • Short Patient’s presentation and history
    Please do not present your strategy, the procedure, the final results into this slide. If selected, the complete case will be presented during the semi-final in Nice.

Format:  powerpoint / keynote / video files max upload 128 Mo.

Case Selection:  The announcement of the 16 selected cases for the Under‑40 ML CTO World Cup will be made on April 22nd. Being selected means that your registration fee is covered.
To take part in the competition, you must attend the course onsite, and we must receive your transportation ticket by May 4th.
The World Cup will begin on May 15th on the ML CTO website.

If your case get selected, it will be also added  and displayed into the ML CTO Academy video library. This visibility offers you another opportunity to present your case on stage during the ML CTO Middle East, which will be held on the 8th and 9th of October 2026.
